We are Curve IT, (registered in England and Wales under company registration number 6690823), collectively referred to as “we are Curve Information technology Limited known as CurveIT” “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy Notice). We specialise in

IT solutions across a multitude of industries and events. Our core services include IT consultancy for Infrastructure in construction projects and high-footfall venues; large-scale, reliable, high-capability WiFi and networks for all types of building, venues and events; IT services and proactive IT Support for businesses, we act as a data processor.

For visitors to this website we act as a data controller. In both cases we are responsible for protecting the personal data provided to us.

2. The information we collect about you and why

The information we collect about you depends on how you use our services, websites and any other contact you may have with us. The majority of this information is provided to us directly by you or your company or organisation, when contracting with us to deliver services or when you share contact details with us via our websites and other points of contact. 4. Information Security 

Security is a priority for us and we have put in place significant technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. We safeguard your data through technology, quality management of our processes, and by ensuring all of our employees and partners work to our Information Security policy. We recognise that there is an on-going responsibility to continually improve via the use of new technology, process improvements, growing our expertise, understanding existing and new threats, and by working closely with our partners and customers. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and the ICO of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
