Laptop repairs
Most dead laptops can be resurrected and even when it’s uneconomic to repair, your data can almost always be saved.
We operate a fixed fee for dead laptop diagnosis and will then give you a quote for repairs. We can generally give you a quote within one day of receiving a laptop into our workshop. Repairs can be done to a component level, so if a single chip needs replacing on a motherboard we can do that, rather than replace the entire board.
If you decide not to go ahead with a repair, we can always provide you with the data from the laptop. We can do that either on CD/DVD or mount the original hard drive in a USB caddy, ready to connect to your new machine.
